Profile
I’ve co-founded, scaled and exited a business. I’ve sat in the C-suite of a 600-person PE-backed company. And I’ve coached and advised leaders across some brilliant, complex organisations.
That’s what I bring to the owners I work with today.

In 2016 I co-founded CreateFuture, an innovation and design consultancy, partnering with brands including adidas, Skyscanner, Penguin Random House and NatWest Group. In 2023 we were acquired by xDesign and I joined their executive team as Chief Innovation and Design Officer. We rebranded the whole business to CreateFuture shortly after.
Across that journey I learned what it actually takes to build something, scale it, and navigate the complexity that comes with growth. The messy bits as well as the good bits.
Today I work independently with owners who are ready to get more from their business. I help them see what’s holding them back, get their team aligned, and make the changes that actually stick.
Alongside my advisory work I’m an angel investor and sit on the board of Apollo Informal Investments, supporting early-stage companies and helping to level the funding playing field for female founders.
Outside work you’ll usually find me renovating our Victorian townhouse in Edinburgh, brewing kombucha, doing yoga and reading far too many books. Let’s not talk about my Vinted habit.
