Flexible, experienced
C-Suite support
You're leading the business, managing investors, driving sales, and thinking 12 months ahead. All at the same time.
It's worked. The business has grown. And now it needs more day-to-day senior leadership than you can give it on your own.
There's a gap between the strategy and the execution. Too much noise, too many decisions landing on your desk. You're being pulled into the business when you need to be working on it.
That's where I come in.
I work particularly well with scale-ups at a critical growth stage - including those preparing for or navigating investment. PE and VC firms scrutinise the quality of the leadership team. I help make it one of your strongest valuation drivers.
High-impact intervention
A time-limited, high-impact intervention. Not a long-term retainer, not a permanent hire. A senior operator who gets in, gets things moving, and gets out when the job is done.
I work alongside you for typically three to six months, shaped entirely around what you need. I take things off your plate, create momentum, and leave the business in better shape than I found it.
It's fractional support with a clear purpose and a clear end point.

The best fit
Founders and owners of entrepreneurial, growth-oriented businesses - particularly those scaling towards or through an investment event. If you're building something and you need a senior person who understands what that actually feels like, we should have a conversation.
The reason I know this works is that I've been on both sides of it. I've been the founder who needed this. And I've been the senior leader who provided it from inside the business.
Intentionally flexibly, based on your needs
There isn't a single job title for this, and that's deliberate. Depending on what your business needs, it might look like:
-
A Chief of Staff: sitting alongside you, translating strategy into action, keeping things moving without you having to be in every room
-
A Fractional MD: providing senior leadership on a part-time basis during a period of growth or transition
-
A senior interim: bridging a gap, whether that's while you search for a permanent hire, while someone hasn't yet started, or for a specific strategic project.
What stays constant is the approach. Strategic, practical, and focused on what the business needs right now.
